Section 44
Report to be submitted
The Central Officer shall submit a report to the Government of Nepal annually mentioning the following details:-
(a) Mutual legal assistance sought and received from foreign States,
(b) Mutual legal assistance provided by Nepal to such State at the request of a foreign State,
(c) Future improvements in mutual legal assistance.
